Prisoners Day is an annual event hosted by Coiste na nIarchimí that explores different aspects of the struggles faced by republican prisoners over decades of struggle in British prisons. This year Prisoners Day will be introduced by Michael Culbert. Gerry Kelly MLA, ex-POW talks about his book Playing My Part in which he describes growing up in West Belfast and his life as a republican activist. Jim 'Jaz' McCann a member of the Kieran Doherty Cycling Club outlines the club's trips to Hunger Strikers' graves across Ireland. Human Rights lawyer Padraig Ó Muirigh, will outline the legal implications of Britain's supreme court ruling for ex-internees in light of the Gerry Adams case.
