Palestinian – Randa: Smoked chicken and rice. This intriguing dish involves smoking the chicken and rice once cooked with charcoal tablets. A simple but effective way of adding new flavours to the meal.
Irish – Travelling Community: Bacon, Cabbage and Potatoes A popular traditional recipe used throughout the Travelling Community. A great home cooked dinner, particularly good for large families, especially on a cold winters night!
Persian – Pistachio Cookies A very simple recipe. Throw you mix together, into the oven and less than 15 minutes later you will have a real treat to round off any of the great meals served up this week!
Despite not being able to deliver our ‘world’
renowned International Food Fayre, our
contributors from the Newcomer and BME
communities have gratefully given us a sneak
insight into the dishes they would have been
providing on the day.
Through a series of
online video tutorials, and a FREE E-Book with
all the recipes, you can now bring that
international dimension into your own home!

Cé nach mbeidh muid ábalta ár n-Aonach Bianna Idirnáisiúnta a bhfuil clú agus cáil air ar fud an domhain a reáchtáil, gheobhaidh muid spléachadh faoi choim ar na béilí a bheadh ár rannpháirtithe ó na pobail Newcomer agus BME ag soláthar ar an lá. Trí shraith ranganna físeáin ar líne agus R-leabhar SAOR leis na hoidis go léir ann, is féidir leat na bianna idirnáisiúnta seo a dhéanamh i do theach féin!
