Albanian – Ida: This is a traditional pastry dish from Albanian called Byrek which would be eaten all year round.
Indian – Lariba: This version of Kadia Chicken is from the north of India, and involves utilising many different spices to create a wonderful dish eaten with roti (an Indian flatbread like naan) or rice.
Despite not being able to deliver our ‘world’
renowned International Food Fayre, our
contributors from the Newcomer and BME
communities have gratefully given us a sneak
insight into the dishes they would have been
providing on the day.
Through a series of
online video tutorials, and a FREE E-Book with
all the recipes, you can now bring that
international dimension into your own home!
In partnership with the Whiterock
Children’s Centre and West Belfast
Roundtable.

Cé nach mbeidh muid ábalta ár n-Aonach Bianna Idirnáisiúnta a bhfuil clú agus cáil air ar fud an domhain a reáchtáil, gheobhaidh muid spléachadh faoi choim ar na béilí a bheadh ár rannpháirtithe ó na pobail Newcomer agus BME ag soláthar ar an lá. Trí shraith ranganna físeáin ar líne agus R-leabhar SAOR leis na hoidis go léir ann, is féidir leat na bianna idirnáisiúnta seo a dhéanamh i do theach féin!
