The Upper Andersonstown Community Forum is delighted to offer a number of online community events throughout the Féile an Phobail festival dates including the following:

Online Visual Arts Gallery: With the Covid-19 lockdown, the UACF have asked residents to paint a picture of what they look forward to after the restrictions have been removed and these will be showcased on their social media pages.

Tullymore Community Centre’s 25th Birthday: A night of celebration of Tullymore and Andersonstown through social media on Thur 6th Aug, with old footage of the area and Tullymore centre; a quiz hosted by Dominic Mooney on the Andersonstown and Tullymore areas and local singers will join in through the evening.

Keepy Up Competition: With 3 categories of under 10’s, 10 – 14 years and 14 -18 years, you have to be recorded keeping a football up without using your hands, have to at least have one kick, one knee and one head. The person with the most touches before the ball hits the ground wins. Videos of the runner up and winner will be uploaded to the Upper Andersonstown Community Forum social media page and all winner will receive a prize. Dánlann Amharcealaíon Ar Líne: Mar gheall ar an dianghlasáil Covid-19 d’iarr FPAU ar áitritheoirí pictiúir a phéinteáil de na rudaí a mbeidh siad ag súil leo nuair a chuirfear deireadh leis na srianta. Taispeánfar iad seo ar a leathanaigh meán sóisialta.

25ú Lá Breithe Ionad Pobail na Tulaí Móire: Oíche ceiliúrtha de cheantar na Tulaí Móire agus Bhaile Andarsan tríd na meáin shóisialta a bheas ann Déardaoin 6 Lúnasa. Léireofar seanphíosaí scannánaíochta den cheantar agus d’ionad na Tulaí Móire. Beidh tráth na gceist á óstáil ag Dominic Mooney bunaithe ar cheantar na Tulaí Móire agus Bhaile Andarsan chomh maith le siamsaíocht ó amhránaithe áitiúla i rith na hoíche.

Comórtas Keepy Up: Beidh 3 chatagóir ann sa chomórtas: faoi 10 mbliana, 10 – 14 bliana agus 14 -18 mbliana d’aois. Ní mór duit bheith taifeadta agus tusa ag coinnneáil liathróide san aer gan do lámha a úsáid. Caithfidh tú an ghlúin, an ceann a úsáid uair amháin agus cic amháin a dhéanamh ar a laghad. Bainfidh an duine a mbeidh an méid is mó teagmhála acu leis an liathróid sula mbuailfidh sí an talamh. Íoslódálfar físeáin den bhuaiteoir agus den duine sa dara háit ar leathanach meán sóisialta Fhóram Pobail Uachtar Bhaile Andarsan. Gheobhaidh gach buaiteoir duais.
