Daithi Mac Giolla Mhaoil – Fighters
Daithi’s latest work depicts local and international boxers. However, during lockdown it transformed into a representation of the fight within NHS to combat coronavirus. “I saw no reason why I couldn’t use art to encourage our NHS fighters and hopefully inspire them and show my appreciation. My current paintings are now somewhat of a mixed bag yet all for me are the bravest of fighters.”
