Jim Reilly – Belfast Born Jim paints predominately in watercolour, or sometimes mixed media and pen & ink. The exhibition is ten watercolour portraits of noteworthy people from various walks of life, all of whom were born in the city of Belfast. The paintings were done in a very loose style, using just one colour, without getting bogged down in detail, worrying about colour, likeness or making mistakes.
